Evaluations are done in the form of assignments at the end of each training unit. An oral assessment is conducted after completion of the last training unit and takes place in the major centre closest to where the trainee is based.

The ADR course is appropriate for professionals, business people, labour and IR consultants, bargaining council and union representatives.

Full certification and accreditation through ADR-Network, South Africa. Successful completion enables admission to The ADR-Network, SA panel.

Costs for 2012:
The cost for each training unit is R 2 999,00 inclusive of VAT. The fee is payable in advance of each Training Unit.

Payment in full for the course (for four training units in advance) is subject to a 20% discount ie. A discounted fee of R 9 999,00 inclusive of VAT.

Students are required to complete all four training modules in a maximum of
twelve months.
